Submit Scores - Velo Engine Problem

Hello everyone~

So, I was using the Velo engine. Every now and then, I noticed the engine giving me a rank of 'undefined'. After awhile, I saw a pattern. This occurred each and every time I played specific songs.

Three of which are:
- Manhattan Sapphire
- Orchestra Angels
- Sail AwaY

When I receive an 'undefined' rank, I do not get credit for playing, in any way shape or form. Needless to say, I did not receive credit for AAAing songs. In response to this, I took screen shots.

This lead to another problem, the unrecorded score submission form. After one of my AAAs were 'recorded', I noticed a couple things. My rank on the song was 1, yet it doesn't show that I've AAAed the song. Also, it shows that I have reached the full combo for the song, however I only have Averages.

Welp, that's all I have to say I guess. lol

Last I heard, logging in using the ingame login on the Velocity engine will cause token songs to not record scores. I'm not sure if there is a solution for this yet.

When you say that it doesn't show that you've AAA'd the song, do you mean on the AAA bar on your profile? That only shows your public AAA total, so it will not include token song AAAs. As for having all averages show for the score stats, that is a result of an unrecorded score being recorded and is explained in this thread.

You know how you can collapse the song list based off of certain criteria on the Velo engine? For example, hiding all AAAs. When I hide all AAAs, Manhattan Sapphire and Sail AwaY still shows.
