ENDLESS MODE!!

I think FFR needs Endless mode. Endless mode would be the greatest way to get credits and it would be fun because you would play every song in FFR in a row. It would be a bit more challenging as well.

no offense to your idea.. but thats a bit ridiculous.. do you think you could play silence, molto vivace, flight of the bumblebee, caprice, one minute waltz rondo alla turca, cia rave and runnymorning all in a row? do you know how insanely tiring that would be on ur fingers.. and also maybe it could be changed to just your best 4.. or second best 4.. or soemthing like that.. so it reduces the strain on yourself.. :P good thought though.

Well theres an Endless mode in DDR, Legend of Max, MaxX Unlimited, Max 300 included. Doesn't that seem a bit ridiculous? I understand where you're coming from, but I still think it's a good idea considering they have one on Stepmania. It doesn't pick the songs in any specific order so you can keep playing until you lose, because you will lose, it's Endless. The point is seeing how long you can last in a game, not to mention looking at the millions of arrows on the screen. It's not that harsh on my fingers either, i have plenty of insane songs on Stepmania and I've lasted over an hour. Believe me im a DDR freak, so FFR is just as addicting.

If anyone has played V (Heavy Beat Remix) by Taren it clocks in at about 9 arrows per second at max. So I don't really find those songs listed above incredibly difficult. For all you noobs out there, don't worry you'll get it sooner or later with plenty of hard, laborous dedication. That's how i got where i am today!

::has a SS of playing endless mode for 4 1/2 hours straight:: uh.. not that i'd want to do it again... it was something like 180 songs in a row... and i was actually sweating... not to mention my hands were in extreme pain.... and, i ended it myself, i didn't fail. just couldn't play any longer.

not a good concept for FFR though... djl, see your thread in CHALLENGES... my hands were physically shaking after mashing for 10 minutes or so.

Wow, 4 1/2 hours straight, i played for an hour and had to take some Tylenols. I believe you, i believe you, especially after seeing your score which i had to painfully reject to to its amazing power. Anyways, i still want Endless Mode on FFR no matter how bad of a concept it is. I'm sure there has to be a few other people out there that like my idea.

Nice idea, but I dont think it would work, as song after song after song would have to be loaded and it could probably slow down the FFR server if too many people went endless at the same time.

meh people could cheaply build up several thousand combos just by doing enless mode on cheap levels. it would make it too easy to build up a really big score. and probably mess up my ranking. :P

Nonstop is not the same as Endless, so Endless should be added to that list as it was added to DDR Extreme. So as of this moment it is a legit post. For those of you that do not know the difference between Nonstop and Endless, Nonstop lets you play 5-10 songs in a row, while Endless you play every song until you lose.
