Blink Arrows

Dunno if this is just me or my computer... but has anyone else noticed that if you play a song with the blink appearance setting on, every song u play after that, if u turn off blink, has the arrows moving in a jerky motion?... it fixes if u refresh FFR...

The frequency of the jerky motion is like the same as the blinking arrows... so I'm guessing that IS the cause and not jsut my computer lagging or sumthing...
