FFR e-mail, still active?

I was just wondering if the FFR emails that were given with a subscription are still usable, if so I'd like to request a password recovery/reset for mine. It's been nearly a year since I first requested a recovery but most of the staff went awol and the site went down shortly afterward and I never got a response.

Please let me know if it's possible to recover this, thanks.
