Garbage bin suggestion

I vote that garbage bin posts should be subtracted from post count, and then they should never count for post count again because it many people use it just to boost their post count, and yeah, it bugs me.

Yes, it is fairly easy to make forums nullify postcounts in phpBB, I think... that might've been invision, though.
