    Passwords don't work

    I am really FFRGreen and since I can't get on my account I made a new one for this occasion.

    I can't get on my account. I think either the passwords got reset or they got rolled back. If it did get rolled back I have no other passwords to try because I registered in october and didn't change the password since. I tried doing the email recovery but none of my emails are in the database, I am guessing. I tried every single email I have but none of them work.

    I also noticed that if I use standalone I am FFRGreen on the prochat and game and on the website I am GreenBackup on prochat and the game.

      There were a few things we were not able to restore however. Custom Avatar information has become corrupted due to a mismatch in where the avatar is linking to for any users that changed their avatars since October 10. In the restore process, we have lost approximately 0.05% of the userbase on FFR. However, we will be glad to work with any of the affected accounts to restore them or transfer their stats to a new account. You may PM an admin for assistance if you have created a new account since the site came back online on October 10.
      Maybe that will shed some light on your situation.

        The frontpage explains the issue, and suggests that your best course of action is to simply PM an admin (like me!) with the account information, and we can get you set back up. I'll get in touch with both of you shortly. Anybody else who sees this and has the problem can just PM me.
