Prochat Connection issue

This is in regards to the error that seems to be floating around.

I was in profile chat a few days ago, talking to Spitfire, and I accidentally hit the back key. I am now locked out of profile chat. (In both the profile page, and stand alone) It doesn't allow me to connect. (Connection Failed)

wut?

Edit: I am not behind a firewall. My university doesn't block any ports, and I have no router.

From what I've heard (hear-say at best, I can't confirm this), the chat seems to be going down 12 hours after it's up. I don't know, and I couldn't tell you why.

SFS doesn't like dropping connects after there open, so around 500 unique users join, it starts failing. Then crashes completely.

It's setup to restart at 5am FFR time everyday, but even then it hits the limit around 2-3pm and have to wait till a admin can reset it.
