    Possible solution to Gliched Arrows

Alright, recently it has gotten rediculous with the ammont of people trying to use gliched arrows to their advantage. So i propose this, now i have no clue how the FFR Engine is structured, or how it works, but here you go.

Try and make it so that keystrokes are not recorded by the FFR game until .500 seconds before the first arrow. Now i dont know if they also exsist within the middle of the song, but this is just a little suggsetion to hopefully restrict the lamers who need to be number 1 on the top 10 instead of tied for 1st

i know it's the ffr forums, but that's a general fact.

I know, i am a very bad speller, but i am typing fast however.

The main reason i am so against gliched arrows are because they are not fair to others who play legit.

Secret arrows are fine , they are part of the game. You just have to take the time to find them. If you want to take the time to find them like I did, then go ahead. Then ill bitch and whine saying how you took my score by some "unfair" way.

I belive they are cheating, im sorry, but someone who uses a glich in a game to their benifit, is a cheater.

i agree with LD. it is a glitch, not a real part of the game

The only possible problem with this solution I can see is that the restriction would most likely apply to the first arrow that the game THINKS is there, and not just the first one programed in. And it THINKS the buged arrows are there!

It's a good idea otherwise... 'least in theory.

Unless you can see the source code it is nearly impossible to figure out the problem and state a solution to it...

So it is up to synth and bprc to fix that problem I guess...

why not have it so that if u hit a glitched arrow the game wont record ur score into a database and if u dont hit arrow ur score is recored

couldnt u just put a score cap? that way even if they hit all the glitched arrows it will still only give them a certain score?
So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
And I write the blog for their website.

Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O
