unable to puchase songs

i first became unable to puchase songs after the first month of my account creation (a long time). with the amount of credits i have it should be easy but an error always occurs when in the middle of purchasing: the credits read undefined, and am unable to puchase songs

Does that happen with just one song? Did you try changing the order to buy songs or something? Can you take a screenshot?
