Progress Bar When Uploading Files

Would it be possible to implement a progress/percent complete bar into the upload simfile page? Because I find it a little annoying not knowing if my simfile is 89% done, or 16% done.

Also on an unrelated note, I totally put this thread in the wrong place. Please to don't freak at me too much for it. But I saw the word "Suggestions" and I didn't realise this tell after I posted it. (Hence the editing.)

Implementation is not required. I don't know exactly what 'file' and what 'upload page' you were talking about, so I keyworded it into the site FAQ, coming across 'Album and Pictures', 'Attachments and Images', 'Profile Page Customisation' and 'Signatures, Avatars and Profile Pictures'.

In viewing these, I don't see anything which could possibly take a time where you would be frustrated by the wait, taking into account that you use a decent broadband. Youtube videos can take hours to progress to a full upload, meaning set to 'Live', however they have no 'waiting time' or 'progress/percent complete bar' as you put it.

If your uploading time happens to be unusually slow, or slow at irregular intervals, I do strongly suggest you check with your service provider, make sure your internet is at its full broadband potential and see if your neighbourhood is experiencing the same problems, for new areas may have issues with the internet, although I highly doubt this would be your case.

I'm sorry if I couldn't help, because I was unsure of what you meant by the 'upload page'. At first I thought you were talking about the simfile database upload page, however I recently added my own file, and the wait was short and prompt. Give or take your internet speed, it won't vary at a noticeable level.

Oh, opps, I thought I put "upload simfile page". Damn, guess I didnt. It's just that everytime I upload a simfile I have to wait a bit for it to complete, and I get disconnected from the internet at random times during the day, so I like knowing about how much longer it will take. The random disconnections are not from my internet provider, it's because my parents unplug it for no apprerent reason. Or at lest there's no reason that I can see.
