SERIOUS lag problem

I've tried every thing my friend and I could POSSIBLY think off and no matter what we did it wouldn't stop lagging on FFR, and this computer NEVER lags on FFR. EVER. Help? Fast?

This isn't really a bug. Turn off all your background programs (AIM/MSN/anything else) then try. Also do a Malware scan (check for viruses).

Also if you're running Vista without the recommended system requirements then anything you do on that PC will happen slowly.

I don't do any of that when playing FFR and I did do a check.

Well any software on your PC that runs in the background can slow it down. Especially if you have a slow computer. Look at your system tray in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

I always empty the things I don't need when I start it up, and this is the fastest computer I've ever used. I don't know why it's starting to lag now.

I downloaded the newest version of Flash Player a few days ago.

Ctrl+Alt+Del > Processes > End Unnecessary Processes and Process Trees

I do that at start as well.

Can anyone think of something I haven't tried or do?

i lag all the time. go play low res and zoom in its one way i don't lag.

try low res...it lags less for me. stop rejecting advice, you asked for it in the first place try it before you say anything

I can't play as good on normal sized as I can smaller.
