FFR Store Error

Recently, I tried going to the FFR Store and it doesn't seem to be working. Here is the error that comes up on firefox: "Can't write data to the temporary directory: /home/virtual/site1/fst/var/www/html/xcart/var/tmp.
Please check if it exists, and have writable permissions."

If anyone can help me out with this; it would be gladly appreciated. I did try this after the songs were fixed and it still doesn't work as of now. I can access Purchased Items and Monthly Subscriptions but T-Shirts and More and Gift Subscriptions and the actual link to the store give me the error mentioned above. Any help is gladly appreciated. Thank you very much.

*bump* I am still waiting for this to be fixed. I would like to buy some gift subscriptions soon but I cannot do so now. Does anyone have any information that I am missing that pertains to this? Sorry if it seems like I am going too crazy over this...

ive tried to get in with both IE and FF. still get the error message. its not the internet browsers so you just need to wait til its fixed.
