I think there should be both a daily high score board and a monthly high score board so more people can get a high score

i think that once you get a new high score for a certain level, your old high score should be erased off of the high score board so the board is cluttered by just a couple of players

Yeah! It's going to be crazy! Like the high score table will tell you who had the high score a year or even six months ago too! And the server will use complicated equations to predict who will have the high score the next week and even next year! You will also be able to look at the stock exchange and weather forecasts for Romania off of the high scores table!
Ok, well, maybe not, but all those previous ideas have been taken into account.

The thing with all those ideas is that no matter what, it would predict that "Synth|OMFG !! PWNED !!" would always have the high score. :/

yea... their needs to be a way to only delete certain highscores without reseting all of them...
