Post Count Drop

Just wanted to make sure I'm not the only one, but after the server went through what happened, my post count dropped by nearly 150 posts. Is this because of a revert back to a certain time in the forums?

^ This thread was also made for somebody who suddenly got a subby right after it ran out - it appears they did a rollback of several weeks on the forums after what happened last night. Therefore, a bunch of people who's subbies had just run out got them back...and they lost however many posts they made in that period.

Alright, well that satisfies the post count issue for me (BTW, I posted in there before I seen this replay), and it's pretty obvious that the forums would just rolled back to a different version. No biggie.

(One of the mods can lock this thread if they choose to.)

A good number of my PMs have also disappeared. Very odd.

I stopped counting mine but I think I lost a few hundred. And it says I have ten PMs that I don't have.

I posted this in the subscribers thread and I will post this here, it's a rollback. They had to revert back to settings that were saved a while back. This is why the post counts dropped, because while the posts are there physically, they aren't being accounted for. The difference of posts is from the last saved .vbz file (or whatever forum back-up files they used).

Ah, that's right, since the rollback happened, and probably pushed things back a month or so, some of the people who bought/received subbies during mid/late September to yesterday no longer have subscriptions.

Well, if you had a really long subby, then it really won't apply to you.

Now that I think about it, if this was reverted back to early September, my subby will run out in like a week or two, because I think I won Bynary's one hand tourney around that time too.
