Daily Stats Suggestion

I don’t know how well this will work or be taken, but it just kind of jumped in my head a little bit ago and seemed like it’d be kind of a fun/interesting addition.

Being able to compare your Daily Stats with all your friends.

This, of course, wouldn’t be on your profile page due to the fact that some people have hundreds of friends added, but would be directed to another page like level rank stats.
It would be sorted first by Grand Total accumulated in a day as the default link when you first click on it, but there would/could be options for most FC’s/AAA’s and all those goodies so you can sort them any way you want.

I’d have some graphics to let you see what I’m envisioning, but I completely fail with all forms of art, whether it’s drawing or using GIMP/PhotoShop.

So, what do you think?

it's not a bad suggestion... just how useful is it, since daily stats reset every day... so it would only compare your today vs their today.

if anything, being able to compare levelranks would be more useful, IMO. not sure if that's doable.. and if it is, it'd be some kind of box on your levelrank where you'd have "compare your levelrank with _________ "

I like the idea of comparing level ranks. What would it sort by though? Your best, their best, alphabetically, by difficulty, by number of notes or by how big of a difference there is between your rank and theirs?

I think that comparing level ranks would be a better idea that daily stats.

I like the idea of comparing level ranks. What would it sort by though? Your best, their best, alphabetically, by difficulty, by number of notes or by how big of a difference there is between your rank and theirs?

I think comparing your best -> their best, alphabetically and difficulty would be the best option, maybe having a comparison for an individual song too.

Can I suggest something else involving daily stats here? Or do I have to make another thread? When I get the OK, I'll suggest it. Probably won't be as good as the one mentioned here.

my thought on comparing levelrank would be to have your exact levelrank... then put theirs for the same songs in your order directly to the right of yours. something like that. so your levelrank is normal, and then next to it you get an extra rank/score... probably not accuracy, even for subbies.
