FFR works like this.

1) You get permission from the artist of the song you would like to have on FFR. Permission must include an email of acceptance, and a confirmation from Tasselfoot.
2) Using the program called Stepmania, you create a stepfile that meets all the basic requirements of a good stepfile (How tos are stickied in the forum somewhere).
3) You have this stepfile tested by FFR veterans to make adjustments and improvements.
4) You submit the stepfile to Tasselfoot. (Format stickied in the forum somewhere)
5) The staff will determine whether the stepfile is elligible to be put on FFR or not.

That is the proper procedure for making your own stage.

If you don't want to get your file judged, just download stepmania and play your own stepfiles there.

Also, I would advise you browse the forums before making threads like these. If you browsed the submissions subforum, I think this would've been self-explanatory. Make sure you search the forums before you make future suggestions.

You are able to make custom arrows of a song (Lol stages) Yeah I think Stepmania calls them stages, like stage 1 and 2.
