Flight of the Bumblebee is just fine...If you can't see the arrows, then go check if you're colorblind(no insult intended there).

Revolutionary Etude just takes getting used to. Of course, It took me a while.

Party 4 U video background totoally screwed me over. I can't see the arrows half the time.

Backgrounds=good.

Backgrounds suck. Revo kills my eyes, and Party 4U is just out of the question for me...
Maybe they'll be better when I get glasses?

Plain and simple. Backgrounds = bad. Even SGX's on 4F73R M3, as it looks like its moving once the arrows start and distracts me. And Party 4U? Well **** that background lmao.

Whole screen backgorunds arent too bad, as they dont appear to move like SGX's, but they make the song lag, and the arrows sometimes blend in.

I can't see FotBB's arrows and I am nowhere near being color blind.

Also, my idea does not consist of getting rid of them, just making it so that people who want it, can make the backgrounds darker. This keeps the BG as well as making it easier for people to see.

Backgrounds are good for the game. Is it bad to have some difficulty in the game? Some of the hardest songs, you have 20-50 people AAA it. It is ridiculous how people will complain just because they do not like a challenge. If I AAA'd party4U(Never in a million years), I would be really excited/happy compared to AAA'ing a regular song.

I find that the challenge is in hitting the arrows and not in trying to see them. Sorry, but this is an arrow game, not a sight game so I don't see why getting a challenge from that should be needed.

There must be some way to remove the video from party 4 u. I dont believe the people who have AAAed it did it legitimately.

people can memorize... or can just read it better than you? there are people that can AAA crazy stuff on foot blindfolded. this is easier than that. and the people you're then accusing are darkshark, rubix, and destiny... with sprite booflagging it.

Not really. FFR isn't about looking beyond some picture into seeing the arrows. It doesn't separate "the great players from the best players" because its often come down to people having better vision than others, not necessarily more talent.

If the cuts from image to image just didn't have to have the bright white flash of light, it would be perfectly okay.
