When i try to delete a video it says i dont have authority to do it.

i don't see it in the vid list. i see 2973 and 2975.

I see no 2974 either.

Also if users can't delete their own videos, and even if they can, I don't see any "report this video" option, which should probably exist in some form.

now its gone.
i tried deleting it just before the bump didnt work
