Ok I really don't care how bad I did and how cheap this is but I really want this over 7000 rank on this song to go! It won't record on my level ranks and it's interefering with my avrank.

for whatever reason, some users have this on 1 level... we don't know the cause. your score is in the database, but it's not showing up in the levelrank. it's a different level for each reported case too.RIP -

While on the subject of lvl ranks,
There is at least one score for me are showing up as not FC'ed even though I've definitely FC'ed it.
On Dot Death my score is like 2-0-0-1 or something. Up until today, I think Visions also had a similar problem. If it helps, I don't think Dot Death shows up in the beta lvl reader or the search song feature in-game.
A couple of other random songs that I don't remember the names of don't show up in the lvl reader or the search song feature either.

SB: that can happen... say a song has 1000 notes. it's really easy except for the very end (like visions, maybe... or uber rave v1 pre-avmiss fix). So you FC with 15 goods one run... but then get a 999 combo with 1 miss and 5 goods the next run. The non-FC run is the higher score, so that is what gets scored in the database and displayed in levelrank and your profile. To get the FC back, you'll have to improve on the score and FC.RIPComment
