Can't get on profile chat.

Anybody have any clue what's happening? Whenever I try to get on it just says "Username Taken" and then I click OK, but it just says "Connecting" forever. I've tried clearing my cache, but to no avail. Anybody know anything else I can try?

I remember a thread with this exact topic, but I cannot find it. First, make sure you are not on two profiles at once. If you are completely sure that you are not on two profiles, log out and log back in, clear your cache, etc...
