I find it really hard to find a thread I'm looking for with the forum search. I type in practically half the name of the thread, but half the words are left out due to being common. I type in "Mapping keys in FFR." It leaves out the words 'in' and 'FFR' due to being common. The thread I'm looking for is 10th on the list, where it should be first, seeing as the name of the thread is "Mapping Keys in FFR (WITH IMAGES)."
I get a couple brag boards, some newbie forums, some FFR Generals in the top 10 that might have a little to do with remapping your keys, but won't answer my question before going through 9 different threads before finding the helpful thread. So if I'm a newbie and I'm looking for an answer to a question, I put in some keywords into the search and can't find anything helpful, I assume my question has never been answered before, so I make a new thread. The I get a bunch of forum regulars and mods yellin at me, saying "This thread has already been made 25 times! Use the forum search next time!" Well the forum search left out more than half of the words I typed in, so I couldn't get a good answer.
This has happened to me a few times and has happened to A LOT of other people, I don't know what you all-knowing admins can do about it, but I sure would like an effective forum search that doesn't lead you to irrelevant threads.
