No idea, but it doesn't really matter much just get like 5 goods averages and boos. It;s not like your going to get 500. xD

Goods -times- averages -times- misses -times- boos

Greater than 0 just means that you need at least one of each, or you'll be multiplying by 0 and getting a result of 0.

Less than 5000 means that if you got 300-200-50-13-3 you'd go 200*50*13*3 = 390k which is way over 5000.

Basically, get at least one each of good/average/miss/boo but as few of each as possible. Ideally, you'd get only one miss and one boo, and then as many perfects as possible.
