    Lag

(I'm not sure if I post this thread here)
Anyways, I was wondering if any of you know why I lag in FFR. Usually I lag when a horde of arrows come onto the screen, so the screen just freezes and I die. I'm currently running a 2.4 ghz dual core with 2 gig ram so I'm quite sure thats not a problem but, I am however, running on VISTA, so I was wondering if that is part of the problem? Anyways if someone can help that would be terrific.

    Re: Lag

vista affects your gameplay in ffr, so its expected to lag for something like that, anyone with vista can agree with this.

Not true. If you download flash beta for Firefox which you should do anyway it works just fine. Vista uses up more resources than XP and this is expected with any new OS. I would say get another stick of RAM (1G) unless it's another problem. Try to see if you can close down as many processors as you can and run FFR again.

              Re: Lag

from what i've heard, the issue is the build-in video card that many vista computers are using. that is the issue. if you upgraded your computer to a "normal" laptop vid card, it wouldn't happen.

basically, it's cause vista has issues.
