Kay, so I have a few things to complain about here before I end up disappearing off the forums for a long time again. All of these complaints are about our beloved MP. (And for those of you that I KNOW are going to say this isn't a bug or suggestion, it's to suggest and encourage more rule enforcement in MP and less mods being douche's)
Kay, so...First I want to bring up the subject of the bombs that mods, for a reason I will probably never fathom, now have the ability to drop a bomb in the MP chat lobby which causes the window to shake, an annoying bomb noise to be played, making it annoying to try and type, and almost impossible to read anything while it's going off. Now, while this alone may not be so terrible, mods abuse this feature 100%. In just a few weeks, I cannot count the times I've seen people like Darkshark or Windscarredfaith simply spam the chat FULL of these things. Now, while one may just be annoying, 50 and upwards of even more than that (Which I have seen done) can just be MP death for those with slower computers. I even brought that up once and was told "It's not my fault you have a crappy computer." Again, if things like that served a purpose, I might not mind so much....But almost everytime it's just USELESS spam that just irritates people or causes their MP to freeze up. The same can really be said about the slaps, which aren't abused really as much, but are still abused.
The second thing is the playing of .swf files. Another useless feature that is abused by all. Everytime one is posted, the mod that did the posting expects everyone to instantly stop typing so that the image can run through. I personally have even been muted because I didn't stop talking. (No, I wasn't spamming or just posting useless words to reset it. I just refused to stop talking for the sake of an image) To me, stuff like that doesn't belong anywhere in MP, much less to make everyone stop talking in a CHAT so it can be enjoyed by a few people. If a mod wanted to share something that badly, they could PM or even IM it to the people that wanted to see.
And last, but certainly not least is the fact that mods allow a lot of their friends to get away with things that other people would normally get kicked/muted/banned for. One example is Sprite- using a trainer to talk in different colors/fonts.
I've seen Wind or Darkshark talking to him while using these things and not once did they tell him to stop. But in the same aspect, I've seen people that are much less known come in using the same colors and/or fonts and be banned immediately. The same can be said for any number of things, such as flaming, or even spamming. The way I see it, there's no point in having rules if mods are only going to enforce them on certain people, and not everyone. Not only does that set an extremely bad example on both them and FFR as a whole....But it's just plain stupid.

Just a recap for the slow people, in a nutshell, my "suggestions" are:
1. Remove bombs/slaps from MP.
2. Remove ability to post .swf's
3. Make mods enforce rules on EVERYONE. Not everyone, excluding their friends.
Now, whether you agree with ANY of these or disagree, I couldn't care less. I just felt the need to put these things out in the open and hope that they end up getting fixed at some point. But believe me, I have no high hopes for it
. I'm sure it will either be ignored by the people that matter, or down-played in some respect or another. Now, I'm going to continue my rather nice vacation from the forums here and please, feel free to discuss amongst yourselves.
