song uploads

hi, i have some song that i would like to have looked at for stepfiles, however whenever i try to post them it says that, i cannot make posts to the forum. I would just like to know if there is just somewhere else i have to go to post them or if i can't post them at all

are you trying to upload them generally to the simfile database? http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/sims/

or are you trying to get them included into FFR? if so, there is very strict guidelines for submission... 1st and foremost, we need to have permission from the artist. beyond that, check the songs/permissions subforum (located inside ffr general talk) for all of the rules/guidelines.

ok i will go check that board, but i am the artist for all the music so my own consent is there.
