Keep getting Illegal Operation in Plug-in

The FFR site is fine, but when I click Play FFR, I've been of late getting this Illegal Operation in Plug-in for firefox. It has never happened before, and just started popping up today and yesterday. I use Mozilla Firefox Noia version 2.0.0.11



Any suggestions? Thanks

Hmm no clue. Perhaps re-install flash/FF.
In before use internet explorer.
