I was in the send credits section and i attempted to send my credits to myself, thinking nothing was going to happen, or that it would fail and it said success and now i have no credits, i sent a bit more then 13000.

really, you thought you could double your credits by sending them to yourself. there is no other logical explanation for even trying... which is why you lose them, instead of just keeping them. kind of a "i tried to cheat the system so i got screwed" penalty.

why not try it with 10 credits, instead of 13,000? that is called greed my friend... greed.
