beginner tier?

I was thinking that we could have a "Beginner's" tier because alot of the players on ffr can't play the hard songs in tier point stats. But only people who are like beginners to like people who are alright at ffr can do it like based on their av. rank and things like that. I just thought it would be a good idea because I'm one of those people who can't AAA or FC ANY of those hard songs.

Been suggested, and what's the point? The tier points are for those whom are good, this kind of defeats the purpose of that. Also, people who are good would just own it.

EDIT: And if people can't FC those songs just practice more.
