Spring cleaning?

Would it be too much...to delete profiles that haven't been used in 6 months+?
Would it even help at all?
Because really, they're just taking up space...and stuff.
Small idea. That's all...though I'd throw it out here anyways.

we have plenty of space. space is not an issue. so unused profiles are no big deal whatsoever.

And besides, don't tell anyone, but that 1,287,990 accounts stat looks awfully nice compared to the number of accounts that are actually actively using the site, which is probably more like 120,000

I've noticed, I only see about 5,000 members on at a time.(roughly), yet we have over a Million members.

Do you seriously want old accounts like Arch0wl open for other users to take? That wouldn't be confusing at all.

Yeah...probably one of the better arguments for -not- clearing old names is the availability of those old names for random other people.
