Well I was thinking, when your on a long trip in your car (you not being the driver) or waiting around in an airport or just hanging around the park and you have this craving for some FFR what can you do? Since we've been able to make a phone that you can carry around anywhere that you can use internet on (a cell phone for those of you who don't know what I'm talking about), and other things like PSP's that can use the internet, why not make a handheld device that is only dedicated to FFR. When you turn it on it would go directly to the FFR game screen and maybe a little touch screen or something could be used to choose the song you want to play and some arrows at the bottom of the device. The arrows wouldn't be keyboard size probably, but big enough to hit them and big enough to fit all four fingers on them. This idea would probably never go into play or whatever, but I think it sounds pretty cool. FFR could also charge people to buy the device and use to use the internet on it. What do you guys think of this idea?

Re: FFR Handheld
I figure you'd be looking at around about 250,000 dollars or so to build, code and test a proper prototype. Given how comparatively few people play FFR (Compared say, to the people who play Gameboy globally) they would probably cost about 400-600 dollars each.
What would be awesome and more within the realm of reason, would be an FFR Keyboard. A keyboard that only had the keypad, numpad, and a,s,k,l on it, of a smaller overall size.Last edited by devonin; 07-17-2007, 02:18 PM.Comment

Re: FFR Handheld
That would be cool to have a FFR for iPod, PS2 and DS! Like, you they could make games instead of a whole console...and maybe it could save your scores then you could plug it in to your computer when you get home and upload your scores and update you rank, etc.

Re: FFR Handheld
That would be soooo sweet! I would pay up to $80 for something like that! Even though I can run Stepmania through a laptop and I can also run FFR with wi-fi internet, having FFR on the go would be sweet!
Wait! Mabey you could run FFR on your Nintendo DS using DS Browser! It is possible!
unfortunately still kickin' ~(‾⌣‾~)Comment
