    Error Message in Profiles

Every time I try to visit a profile, I keep getting an error message, and it closes my Firefox when I leave the profile. I am not completely sure what the problem is, whether it is my Firefox, or the Website. It seems like my Firefox, but I want to be sure. Is anyone completely sure of what the problem is?

    Error Message:

    firefox.exe
    Assert in LSP

    g_socket_data.Lookup(s) == 0

    capture\lsp\nolsp\wsp_patches.cpp:1313

    Abort Retry Ignore
    --------
If I click ignore, the error message will pop back up 5 seconds later.

Googling reveals the following: if you have Google Desktop installed, check to make sure it's the latest version. If it is and you're still getting the error, uninstall it. Report back results.

JasonKey, yes I can get into FFR and FFR MP okay.

              Let me check Google Desktop.

Edit: I un-installed Google Desktop and I am no longer getting the error message. Thanks.

Edit2: I no longer get the error message, but it still closes my Firefox browser when I leave a profile.

                Re-install Firefox?

I support using the Edit Button. You should too.

                  dont visit profiles ^_^
Just kidding...I actually had a similar problem...
It went away after about a week...I'm not quite sure if I did something to my computer to fix it, or if it was just something with my browser or something...You might just try waiting....worked for me =]

I'll try re-installing Firefox if all else fails.

I wouldn't visit profiles, but my profile pet would die if I didn't visit my own.

I'll try waiting if no one comes up with a new solution... what else am I going to do? :P
