I don't know if this has been introduced, but lock it if it has.

Uhh, I think when someone tries to post twice a message will pop up (like when you get a PM and its unread and your currently visiting Forums) saying "You have already posted in this thread lately. Edit your post instead." Amirite. ;P

Yea, well, it is usually considered postwhoring unless there's a good reason for it. Most of the noobs that do it would probably do it anyway, even with some message that pops up.
