I'd like to address two suggestion and instead of making two seperate threads I decided to make it one.
Suggestion 1: Forum Game Posts. Should forum game posts actually count? All it is is post whoring. Some of our newer members have more posts than our veterans because of forum game posts counting. I would like to bring up a suggestion that forum game posts do not count toward your total post count. This will stop newbs from getting thousands of posts in not but 2 or so months. I know it would be hard to reduce all of the posts of the forum game regulars but it could be done.
Suggestion 2: A Warn System. We've all seen them, the newbs who double, triple, or even quadruple post in threads. We may have done it ourselves too but I'm proposing that we include a warn system. The system would work like this, someone double posts or something and you tell them to stop, you warn them in a post. But if you see the same person do it over and over, give them a warning. The warnings would be percentages based on how bad the wronging was. If it's a few double posts, maybe a 5percent warn. The warn would be shown under the avatar of the warned member. I don't know how bad the things we do wrong on FFR are, but, Mods and Admins do. If you like this idea and implement it, you could make up the handicaps for certain percents of warn.
