Diffculity adjusted average level rank.

Myself and others fall under the catergory of I cant be stuffed/cant improve my rank on easy songs. I was wondering if we could have an adjustable average level rank.

The setup being where it only counts songs with diffculties >6 towards your average level rank.

This way I can try and get my >6 average level rank under 500, instead of trying to get my unadjusted average level rank under a 1000.

I would perfer it if there was a box where you can type in "only count songs greater then x". Where x is an input feild between 1 and 12.

Doubt it will ever happen. It would kinda kill the meaning of average rank...practice and get those hard songs up the long way like everyone else.

Yeah, then go mash the hell out of hard hard hard songs and set it to the highest difficulty, get an average rank of 200 or so when you're a player than cant even FC VC songs.

I agree. It's not fair to those who spend the time raising their average rank the real way.

I do not want to spend hours of my valuable time whoring easy songs to get my average level rank up, I have other things to do. I wont ever be able to brag about my average level rank but I may be happy with my average level rank for songs >8 in diffcuilty.

This system would be fair, you dont compare your >8 average level rank to someone elses normal average level rank. Thats just common sense.

The point is that people (like me) who always bitch about having crap PA but can FC the harder songs can say "look my average level rank for >8 is 500."

Practice SM on J4 or J5...it will help your PA. Even though "People like you" don't like whoring easy songs...pretty much every good person at FFR does. It shows that you are good at PA AND speed. You will eventually get good at PA...until then, whore those easy songs.

Screencutting also helps a lot.

If you want to brag about your avg rank just whore the songs. Otherwise, just go brag separately about your better difficult scores.
