FIX THE TIMING! The timing in FFR is absolutely horrible. The arrows are slightly ahead of the music. I receive "Good" ratings on my steps when I should be getting "Perfect" ratings. I play DDR SuperNOVA at an arcade called Fun House in Tulsa every day and have gotten very good at it. I understand the meaning of timing and FFR unfortunately does not have it.

Re: A Modest Proposal
Play songs with colored arrows, they're almost all synced just fine.
If you're already doing that, then it's either your problem or your computer's problem.4th Official FFR Tournament - Master division champion!

Re: A Modest Proposal
The timing with older songs is obviously off but if you had the skill required you can easily get good PA on those songs. Get over it and play through it like everyone else.FIX THE TIMING! Re: A Modest Proposal
Well, within 1/60 of a second, since that's really as close as you can get at 30fps, but still, just about any song with colored notes that isn't something old like contra-distinction should be synched well enough that you shouldn't be able to tell it's off at all.

Re: A Modest Proposal
Truly, FFR has a small timing window, since it has to squeeze it within 30 FPS. Generally, it's like this:
Boo
Good
Great
Perfect
Good
Good-Miss
Miss
In that specific order, I guess. But the simfiles in FFR, other than those which are old, are on-sync, and could not be any sync'ier. It's most likely your computer, or internet access. If possible, blame it on your neighbor using your computer to download porn.Comment

I find that sometimes the songs are off-sync when I use firefox the first time I play them in a day. I just boo out and start again, and it syncs.Back to "Back to Earth"

And this isn't small at all, it's actually about the equivalent of SM's judge 3.
