Profile chat error for me

Ok well first off this is my first time posting. so im sorry if this isn't the section I'm supposed to be in. Well I log onto profile and when I log on I see.. This name is already in use. And I reset the computer. restart it. I refresh my browser and everything. and I continue to get the same error. I was wondering what could i do to fix this problem. Any help would be great

How long has this been going on? Usually if you wait for about a half hour, it'll go away.

Maybe you are logged in on the profile chat in two accounts?

Edit: I mean you have it open in two windows.

yea it only happens to me if i have 2 open ffr windows on a chat page

na i dont have it open in 2 windows. I just have it open in 1

Make sure you're logged in. When you're not, you're anonymous, and there usually is an anonymous person in the chat.

Yep, only one anon account and likely if you went offline abruptly while in the chat, it takes a few minutes to log you out.

Not really a bug wicked How else would you handle it if you think about it ...

Well I logged out then logged in and Its been over 24 hours since i have been able to see chat . so i think im just going to decide to use my original name and forget about it. cause its really anoying me that i cant see hte profile chat at all under my rob_bert name
