Glitches or something...

I don't know if anyone else has this problem but I do and its annoying.

Sometimes when i load a song the load thing like stops. And then doesn't start to load again. Or the song will load and will go right to the end screen. Also the song could just be black with no music and no arrows forever. And Black background no music and then a bunch of arrows that are not the arrows from the song. Does anyone know how to fix this or why its doing this??
It is really annoying and i need some serious help.

1. Use IE, not firefox.
2. Try clearing your cache if the same thing happens in IE.

it's annoying yes, but I've found no way to fix it. It happens to everyone as far as I know. just restart the song. it will probably glitch out a few more times, but if you keep losing, then clicking play again, it should play eventually. sometimes a song won't play no matter how many times you try it, so just leave it alone, play some other songs, and come back for it later. =)
