FFR Store Problems

everytime i go to buy a song its says something like, "your account probably has not yet been debited, please contact the admin," does anyone know what this is or how to fix it?

Do you have any challenges out that would affect this? If there is any possibility that you have unreceived challenges out that would put you under 0 if you were to buy that song AND loose the challenges, I doubt you will be able to buy them.
