does any one else think it would be a good idea to be able to search anything FFR from the homepage? profiles/forum threads/song stats/etc...

Also, there is already a search function for profiles when you go to profiles. A search function for the forum while you are on the forum, etc. The search functions are placed where they should be utilised best, and as such, I don't really feel there is a need to combine the search functions into one huge search button.Comment
