? = Question mark. It is not a substitute for the word "Question". Only the phrase "question mark".

Regarding the question markable scores, what wicked said is what happens. Tass comes by at least once a week and removes illegit scores. Whether it's someone hitting glitched arrows or someone using a hack or whatever doesn't matter. They will be removed, and they do not need to be posted in the forums on a case-by-case basis.
