Cant log into MP

Whenever I attempt to get in, it says that the username has already been taken. This has been going on for a week now and I'm slowly dying inside ;.;

For me, when it crashes, it does that to me for about 15 minutes, then it will let me use the username I was using when it crashed again. I'd just play on an alt before then. However, if it has been a week, something is wrong.

My problem with multiplayer online is quite unique. For me it says "Can't connect to multiplayer" yet I can still play single player games as normal and earn credits to my account. I suspect the firewall to be at fault of this. Is there a workaround for this problem?

when i play at school on the laptops it never says connected it always says connecting>!@ (its wireless)?

I can connect with this computer just fine, just not with the name pokelda
