    multiplayer suggestions

    1. Dont see the opponents arrows.
    2. down where the chat is/(multiplayer/news/help) have the arrrows come up from there, so theres more time to react (for single player too)
    3. Instead of the opponents arrows how about a green yes or a red no to indicate if we have more points than the opponent
    4. A button that we click next to our opponents name in a game to load the song they have loaded to cut down time of finding the song.
    5. Dont transfer internet connections with your opponent until the game is done. basicly I just want to cut down lag.

    thanks for reading

    Re: multiplayer suggestions

I like the idea to not see the opponent's arrows. It would probably cut down on MP lag alot. However, making the arrows come up from the bottom of the screen is pointless. It's like the opposite of screencutting, and screencutting makes you better. So what do you think that would do? I don't like the idea of the green yes or red no. It would distract you from playing. I definately like the idea of an auto load button. I have no opinion on the last one.

      Re: multiplayer suggestions

      1. You can screencut them off. I'd prefer it if there was just a big line down the middle of the screen separating them.

      2. The more extra time there is to react, the harder it is. I wish the playing screen were much smaller, so I wouldn't have to scroll down so far to get to the chat, but I think it's fine the way it is.

      3. I don't like that idea. You basically tell who has more points by who's made the bigger combo so far.

      4. I was thinking something like this would be good, except that I had imaginged you just clicking where it says what song they have chosen, and it would take you there. I think this is your best suggestion on the list.

      5. I don't lag much, but I can see how some would want it. I don't find it too likely to happen, but you can still reduce the quality by pressing the Q in the upper left corner a few times to reduce lag.

I'm not sure there is a really good way to cut down on lag in this game!
The yes or no at bottom of screen idea might work!
But make it small so it doesn't distract anyone! :P

I like seeing the opponent's arrows... but it does lag. Maybe there should be an option to see or not see.

I never lag hapilly. Even on high graphics. Then again I have two top-of-the line graphics cards working together to cut lag and a kickass CPU.

i like the not see arrows, easy song finder, both would encourage me to play mp more

i think that options like sudden or dizzy would be kinda cool, but i dunno how practical that would be, or something to auto screencut for you ya know?

I thought you could use stuff like sudden and dizzy. I remember using tornado back near the beginning of when MP came out, so I'm assuming it will still work. Also, what's the point of auto screencut when everyone likes a different screencut, anyway?

something where you can manually screen cut to a certain point, or a bar you just scroll up and down for where you want to screen cut too ya know?

i like being able to see you opponents arrows, when i first played mp i thought that was the coolest thing, cuz you can see where you got ahead of your opponent and you can see how well they are doing
i would like to keep it, but maybe an option to turn it on or off would help everyone

i like the auto load idea though.
                      im totally for that.

i agree. though the falling arrows could use an improvement on the side you are playing on. there has to be a left and right side as well for mp.

so how do we go about getting the option to turn arrows off, auto song load, and different direction arrows to someone who can do something?
