Can't get above 30M points

Every time I get close to 30,000,000 points, something happens and I go back to 26,000,000, plus, my MP level drops, and so does my rank. I was rank 92664, now I'm back below 100,000. And this wasn't gradual. This happened over the course of one song. And I know my MP level dropping isn't normal, because while playing multiplayer, I won the last six rounds.
