MP working?

i go into the game in just basic single player mode, its saying it cant connect for mp. im just wondering if this is happening to anyone else.

We had a reboot performed last night and as a result, it was down for maint for a few hours. It is available again.

yeah its available, but people aren't gaining levels. i won 8 times but i am still at level 1

I'm level 7, and I'll get almost all the way to 8, then where I would normally, hit level 8, I go back when I just hit level 7. My Overall Rank and Overall Score drop to whatever they were at that point as well.
