Full Run Bug

On multiple songs, multiple times, in front of multiple people I have gotten a full run, but it says that I made 99% of the best runner's run. That is impossible, since the stats say I made 0 misses, 0 boos, and I and my friends know that I made a full run. It's happened, like I said, on multiple songs multiple times.

What's going on?

if you have goods/averages vs perfects, your score will sometimes not be 100%.

like, if i got 500 perfs and nothing else, but you get 475 perfs, 25 goods, and nothing else... you won't have 100%. goods are worth 50% of perfs.

basically, take your score, divide it by the top FFR score, and that gives you your percentage. 99.5% or up will give you 100%, 98.5 to 99.4% will give you 99%.
