Is this still happening to people? If it is and you can replicate it or record it and show us, that would help out greatly. This is a priority to get fixed if indeed we are still having problems. My best guess is that it may be due to an over-active firewall on our end.

that might explain it, it has been happening to me for a while, then it was fixed, then it suddenly happened again, and now it works. i have a feeling it's going to happen again too.

for me, it did after like 10 minutes while playing FFR....

EDIT: I have a solution. Reset your web security settings. FFR should be working after that.
