whenever i try to get into the game it says i have 8 cred and -48593849 rank...
and i cant get into multiplayer becuse it says im not logged in
YET
at the top it says im logged into my account....

I actually had this recently. I was like the negative fortythousandwhatever rank. Just refresh your screen or log out and log in again.
