Differant Skins

No, not noteskins, but something like differant page skins. That's because I'm kind of a fan of red, and would like to see the forums and hopefully the game in red.

It has, and I'm sure that if it will happen, it's already in prelimary stages at least.

After all, the reason why it could never be in the current version of FFR is that the interface is hardcoded to be like that. If it's built from the ground up planning on having different themes, then it will be much easier.
