Why not add an unmod forum for those of us who are mature enough for it.
It could be done like TWG with a usergroup, so people not wanting it would't be barraged by it.
This is of course assuming that it could be done to only accept people who's age is 18 or higher.
There of course would be the fact that some underage people might lie about their age, but that could easily be dealt with in the same way that under 13 users are currently dealt with for the whole forum.
And as for worrying about exposing children to things they wouldn't see otherwise: if they're lying about their age to view a naughty forum, they'd already be viewing all sorts of terrible things all over the Internet anyway.
And yes, I know the idea was brought up before and thrown out, but with the recent happenings of people being mad over being banned for omg did insane posts, I think it's more appropriate to give them a legit way to post that stuff, rather than going behind everyone's back and posting it in a thread which isn't heavily moderated but would also possible expose the material to minors.
Basically, it's like the whole legalize marijuana debate. If it were legal and regulated by the government, marijuana would be safe. It's because it is illegal that it is possible harmful.
Another somewhat related idea I had: creating a subforum of the brag board for the brag board regulars to post things which aren't actually brags or anything like it. A sort of mini GB for the BB.
