Two menus?

There seem to be two main menus on the left, and Its cutting off most of the screen so I can barely see what I am doing. What's going on?

1 What browser are you using?

2 Have you updated it recently?

3 Have you tried minimizing the menu? (click on the minus sign, only works when you're logged in)

answer those for a better answer.

weird, now its gone...lol. It was happening for two days but now its back to normal.
